Registration Information

The cost of registration includes 8 meals and 3 nights of lodging in addition to other miscellaneous conference expenses and activities. Please note that attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Download a Registration Packet for more information.

Lodging

General lodging will include separate men's and women's dorms. Limited alternate lodging is available for married couples on a first come first served basis.


Private lodging is reserved for married couples only at no additional cost. Rooms include towels, linens and private bathrooms. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis! General lodging will be men and women separated.

Transportation

Arrangements can be made by attendees with SHUTTLE “U” PRESCOTT to receive transportation from the airport to Prescott Pines on Friday and returned to the airport on Monday. Mention the BTC Conference to Shuttle “U” Prescott and receive the round trip discount rate of $50.

Payment Information

Registration is $185 per person before June 1st.

Registration is $195 per person after June 1st.

    All payments are nonrefundable.
